A step by step approch for completing short sale packages for submission to lenders and establishing credibility and a positive rapport with Loss Mitigation reps at banks and mortgage companies. You will also have an understanding of what terms in the Purchase Offer that lenders consider, when approving or rejecting the Short Sale. Attendees may choose to up-grade to receive their CDRS designation for an total cost of $395. This option will be further explained and upgrade offered at the course.
