CSM Designation Course
The course is designed to show real estate professionals how they can use the latest technology tools to develop an online presence that enables them to create and enhance relationships with consumers online in a responsible, effective and ethical way.
Participants will gain an understanding of how to participate effectively in online communities while adhering to Federal, State and Local laws and the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and by communicating with buyer and seller clients in a manner that is preferred by the individual consumer.
This course is approved for 14 clock hours by the Maine Real Estate Commission.
